How to Set Up an Expedition
Introductory Meeting
Providing complete oversight of the school’s expedition programme from initial planning through to delivery and post-travel review. This includes coordination of logistics, itinerary design, compliance with school policies, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Sign Off
We’ll meet with your school’s SLT to ensure they have all the information they need to approve the program. Your Expedition Coordinator will also help identify and support the best teacher to lead your group.
Student and Parent Presentations
We’ll deliver two inspiring and informative presentations—one for students, and another for both students and parents about a week later either at your school or online. We’ll share detailed information about the programme and answer any questions.

Our dedicated team of student travel experts is here to support you and your group every step of the way. We manage all payments and trip logistics, run fundraising meetings, and provide a wide range of resources to help every student reach their fundraising goal.
