This development tour to Sri Lanka offers an inspiring blend of elite athletic challenge and meaningful community engagement across Colombo, Kandy, and Hikkaduwa. Designed for netball, rugby, or football squads, the program empowers young athletes to develop their skills while making a tangible impact through coaching clinics and grassroots facility projects with local schools. Participants will balance high-intensity Challenge Matches against spirited Sri Lankan opposition with unique recovery sessions, including traditional yoga and surfing on the southern coast. From the sacred temples of the hill country to the vibrant energy of the capital, students will experience a tour that celebrates the power of sport to bridge cultures, build resilience, and inspire a global perspective.

Day 01

Arrival in Colombo

Your journey begins with a morning flight departing from Dubai (DXB) and arriving in Colombo in the afternoon. Upon arrival, the team bus will depart for the hotel, with refreshments provided during the transfer. The day concludes with check-in at your accommodation.

Day 02

Yoga, Training & Match 1

After breakfast at the hotel, participate in an activation session and a traditional yoga class. This is followed by a technical training session to prepare for the trip's first competition. After a pre-match lunch buffet, the team will play its first challenge match against local international opposition. The day ends with a post-match social and an evening meal at the hotel.

Day 03

Analysis & Match 2

Following breakfast, the morning is dedicated to a pre-match training session and a self-led tactical tune-up. After a video analysis session of the first match and lunch, the team will compete in their second challenge match against international opposition. The evening includes a meal at the hotel and a team debrief.

Day 04

Final Match & Southern Province Transfer

The day begins with breakfast and the third and final challenge match against international opposition. After showering and checking out of the hotel, the group will transfer to the Southern Province. The afternoon includes lunch, a visit to the Tsunami Museum, and check-in at the Hikka Tranz Resort. The day concludes with a recovery session, match analysis, and an evening meal at the resort.

Day 05

Surfing, Sustainability & Culture

Start the day with a small-group surf lesson in Galle with a professional instructor. After lunch at South Lake Restaurant, participate in a Twedex volleyball tournament and team-building games. Later, visit a turtle hatchery for a lesson on marine sustainability and helping to regenerate tanks. The final evening features an evening meal and a traditional Sri Lankan dance performance.

Day 06

Community Project & Departure

After breakfast and checkout, the group will visit Srinivasa Primary School for a local giveback project involving painting, planting, and donating stationery. Following lunch at Wave Restaurant, there will be time for souvenir and tea shopping before transferring to the airport. Your flight departs from Colombo in the evening.
